TIDA Issues RFPs for Development Technical Support

RFP #TIDA2015-001   As-Needed Multi-Disciplinary Engineering and Technical Services

TIDA seeks as-needed engineering support for multiple subject areas, including design review services, wastewater treatment plant planning and evaluation, regulatory compliance assistance, geotechnical Peer Review, and more.  TIDA intends to award two agreements, each with a three-year term and $200,000/year contract limit with the possibility for extensions to a maximum period of up to five years.

RFP #TIDA2015-002   As-Needed Infrastructure Engineering Support Services

TIDA seeks as-needed support to facilitate review of developer plans by City agencies, to provide services of a TI Task Force similar to the Mission Bay Task Force.  TIDA intends to award one agreement, with an initial one-year term and $500,000/year contract limit, with the possibility for extensions to a maximum period of up to five years.
