Quarters 10 Relocation Milestone for YBI Ramps Project

The San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA)'s Yerba Buena Island (YBI) East Side Ramps Project reached a milestone with the mid-January relocation of the Yerba Buena Island Quarters 10 and it's associated carport, Building 267.  SFCTA contractor Golden State Bridge Inc. supported by subcontractor Trost Trucking & Heavy Moving Inc. conducted the relocation of the Quarters 10 building from it's original location at Macalla Road on the eastern end of YBI to it's new home above Clipper Cove over the weekend of January 16th.  Additional site work at the new Quarters 10 location will continue in order to integrate the structures into their new environment and re-landscape the surrounding public area.

YBI East Side Ramps Project completion is estimated for mid-2016.
