  1. Approving the Minutes of  the September 21, 2016 Meeting

Director Tsen moved the consent agenda.

Director Richardson seconded the motion.

This item passed unanimously.



4.         Waterfront Plaza Restrooms Design Update

Amy Eliot provided an update on the Waterfront Plaza Restroom. Ms. Eliot detailed the design, design materials, landscape, lighting plan, and showed examples of an aluminum panel and channel glass.


            Director Tsen commented that she appreciates the direction they have taken. Director Tsen asked about the electricity source for the building. Ms. Eliot responded they are looking into having solar panels and that all lighting will be high efficiency LED.

            Director Richardson made comments on structures and asked what the next steps are.

5.         Tree Relocation Assessment Update

            Pamela Conrad, CMG, reviewed process of determining trees for removal, health concerns of trees, and which will be removed in Sub-Phase 1. Many palm trees along Westside of TI are not healthy enough to be transplanted. 18 palm trees from the Eastside of TI will be transplanted to Building 1 Plaza.


            Director Richardson requested that CMG reviews how many trees will be added to TI as part of the project to the presentation.
