Revisions to be heard at September 11, 2019 TIDA Board of Directors Meeting

The proposed revisions to the Clipper Cove Rules and Regulations are as follows, and are all found within Section III – “Standards and Requirements for All Vessels”:

  • Prohibiting vessel loading and unloading on the Treasure Island rip-rap within Clipper Cove
  • Changing operational responsibility from Caltrans to TIDA for environmental monitoring buoys inside Clipper Cove

Please note: These draft Rules and Regulations were originally calendared for hearing at the June 12th, 2019 TIDA Board meeting, at which point the item was continued and is now again in front of the TIDA Board for approval.
