TICD Submits Sub-Phase Application for Sub-Phases 1A, 1D, 1F, 1G, 1H and 1I
Treasure Island Community Development (TICD) has submitted Sub-Phase Applications for Sub-Phases 1A, 1D, 1F, 1G, 1H and 1I of Major Phase 1 of the Treasure/Yerba Buena Islands Development Project. The Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Project site is divided into four Major Phases (large, mixed-use areas) and, within each Major Phase, various Sub-Phases. A Sub-Phase is a smaller geographic area within a Major Phase. A Sub-Phase Application includes plans for Infrastructure and Stormwater Management ontrols within the Sub- Phase, including data charts, site plans, 50% Construction Documents for Infrastructure and Stormwater Management Controls within the Sub-Phase, and 100% Design Development Documents for Open Space Lots.
These applications, currenytly under review, are the presentation by TICD of additional detailed information for Sub-Phases 1A, 1D, 1F, 1G, 1H and 1I, all located on Treasure Island. The Sub-Phase Applications include all of the plans, diagrams, data, narrative, reports, and compliance updates that are set forth in the Project’s Design Review and Document Approval Procedure (DRDAP) exhibit to the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA). TICD has previously submitted Sub-Phase Applications for Major Phase 1 - Sub-Phases 1YA and 1B on Yerba Buena Island, and Sub-Phases 1B, 1C and 1E on Treasure Island.
