TIDA-17-01 - Relocation Plans and Consultant Services for Implementation of the Transition Housing Rules and Regulations
TIDA seeks interested firms to assist in the planning for and relocation of residents for both interim and long-term moves in accordance with the Transition Housing Rules and Regulations for the Villages at Treasure Island. The THRR is a part of the Housing Plan attached to the Disposition and Development Agreement with the Master Developer, and was created to give Transitioning Households (as defined in the THRR) certain housing opportunities and benefits as part of the Project.

Development Project contracting opportunities available through TIDA are generally limited to Professional Service Contracts, and TIDA's solicitation and contracting obligations are defined by City and County of San Francisco contracting requirements, including but not limited to Local Business Enterprise (LBE) obligations specified in San Francisco Administrative Code Section 14.B and the Equal Benefits ordinance specified in San Francisco Administrative Code Section 12.B.
The San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (OCA) and the San Francisco General Services Agency - Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) support TIDA's procurement needs, including monitoring of Contractor compliance and support of the City's LBE requirements. OCA maintains a database of current Citywide contract solicitations and bid opportunities, including those issued by TIDA.
