TIDA Seeks Public Comment on Clipper Cove Rules and Regulations Revisions
Proposed revision reduces term of Long Term Anchorage Permit
The Treasure Island Development Authority (TIDA) seeks Public Comment on proposed revisions to the Clipper Cove Rules and Regulations ahead of these revisions being presented to the TIDA Board of Directors for approval at it's September 14th, 2016 meeting. All interested parties are encouraged to read the draft materials and provide any pertinant comment by or before 5 PM on Tuesday, September 13th. If approved by the TIDA Board of Directors, the revisions will take effect October 1, 2016.
The proposed revisions to the Rules and Regulations are as follows:
- Reduce the maximium allowable term of Long Term Anchorage Permits from 21 days to 10 days
- Specify the existing prohibition on operation of Personal Watercraft (PWC) in Clipper Cove, consistent with San Francisco Municipal Police Code
- Update the website address for Short Term Anchorage Permit application submittals
